Accessibility Statement

STEADY is intended to be usable by people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, screen magnification, high-contrast settings, captions or transcripts, and reduced-motion settings.
We use WCAG 2.2 AA as the practical target for web accessibility where it applies to the STEADY website, funnel, checkout handoff, legal pages, and post-checkout setup flow.
Accessibility practices
- Semantic page structure with headings, landmarks, and a skip link to main content.
- Keyboard-accessible controls with visible focus states.
- Text labels, accessible names, and useful error messaging for forms.
- Color contrast intended to meet WCAG AA thresholds for text and controls.
- Alternative text for meaningful images, with decorative media hidden from assistive technology.
- Reduced-motion handling for animation, smooth scrolling, shimmer, pulse effects, and video autoplay.
- Text alternatives for important video or animated product demonstrations.
Report an accessibility barrier
If you have trouble using STEADY because of an accessibility issue, email contact@inovaplatforms.com. Include the page or step, what you were trying to do, the device and assistive technology you were using, and the best way to contact you.
We will review accessibility reports and work to provide a usable path to the same information, purchase flow, setup flow, or support function.
Third-party boundaries
- Payment screens may include Stripe-hosted checkout or Stripe-rendered payment components, which are provided by Stripe.
- Messaging is delivered through SMS, MMS, iMessage, or similar carriers and platforms, which may affect device-level accessibility features.
- Third-party links, research sources, app stores, payment providers, and messaging providers may have their own accessibility behavior.
